The panels are all prepared for quick insertion into the unit with all cutouts made as specified.

How are the units shipped?

All units are shipped directly to site, ready for installation, and pre-configured to be fitted with the required system devices. All backboxes, switch plate & receptacle covers, mounting brackets/standoffs and filler panels included.

Who does the wiring?

The electrical contractor shall be responsible for all electrical hook-up at service connection locations plus a interconnecting wiring as required. After the installation is complete the electrical contractor shall test equipment function plus electrical receptacles and grounding in accordance with local electrical code requirements.

How do you clean the units?

Normal cleaning can be done with a damp cloth or sponge with mild soap or detergent
Stubborn stains, such as tea or coffee can be removed using a mild household cleaner and a soft bristle brush.
Medical systems can be disinfected using normal disinfectant solutions, avoid using abrasive or corrosive cleaners

Yes, all units installed in Canada are CSA certified, all units shipped to the United States have the equivalent UL certification.

That is our panel installation tool. It is a simple suction cup with finger grips, which aids in installing or removing the plastic laminate panels. Simply press onto the panel, lift up, and swing the bottom edge of the panel out to clear the frame to remove panel.
