Maintaining the high-level quality of our end product starts with the initial design of the individual components taking into consideration the end use and the manufacturing processes required to produce the product.
With our in-house experience in engineering, product development and manufacturing, we have the experience and knowledge to design high quality products and ensure that standards compliance is met.
Our ISO9001-2000 process, implemented in 1997 was developed and is refined to improve our manufacturing processes and reduce production and assembly time. This approach specifically to Hospital related projects includes these steps:
> Product Design Review
Understanding the needs of the end user and the restrications from ta design perspective is the starting poin for the creation of the final product design. Interspec Systems provides detailed designs, reviews specific requests and submits ideas, drawings and comments for feedback and approval.
The design review incorporates the parallel communication with other suppliers, designers and installers to ensure that all aspects of the project are accurate at the commencement of the manufacturing process. All gas devices and electrical requirements are gathered and addressed relative to production to ensure that the final product will work as designed.
Once the design approval is achieved, production commences based on controlled and versioned mechanical shop drawings. Specific quality check points are excercised throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
> Production Process Control
Our manufacturing process begins with client approved mechanical drawings from which detailed route sheets are generated to control the quality right from incoming raw material and components through to individually produced parts and components manufactured internally.
The process ensures that first off inspections are carried out and approved prior to moving onto the next step and also allows for suggested improvements to be noted to continually refine the route sheets.
Our wide range of custom extrusion profiles along with our in-house manufacturing capabilities truly allows us to custom produce oralter unit designs effectively and efficiently to meet the specific demands of our customer's needs.
We have provided numerous Neonatal and ICU systems based on newly designed architectural details and have been able to provide cost-effective solutions in numerous situations.
Our line of moveable gases and attachment allows for expandability and adjustability, which can be easily accomodated to all our headwall configurations with relative ease.
